Robodebt: Former Human Services Minister blames department

The former human services minister has blamed his department for not telling him the Robodebt scheme was illegal. Giving evidence at the Royal Commission, Stuart Robert, denied he dismissed legal advice on Robodebt, saying that information was kept from him for weeks.
