Second-hand economy providing cost-of-living relief to households

New South Wales residents saved millions of dollars last year through second-hand shopping. That's one of the findings of a new report measuring the activity of the re-use sector. The report is the first of its kind and provides an in-depth look into the industry’s economic and environmental impacts.
