A long-awaited second inquest has begun into the death of a teenager whose body was found on railway tracks near Tamworth 36 years ago. The death of 17-year-old Mark Anthony Haines was initially ruled a suicide by police, but an inquest in 1989 found the police investigation was plagued by shortcomings, and less than professional.
