Serbia reiterates friendly ties with Russia following election

Serbia's incumbent President Aleksandar Vucic has reiterated plans to maintain friendly ties with Russia following the country's general election. Vucic acknowledged conflict in Ukraine impacted the campaign and said Serbia has no plans to deviate from its balancing game between a bid for EU membership and close ties with Russia and China.
