Six police officers seen restraining 45-kilogram dementia patient in 2020 body cam video

Eighty-one-year-old Rachel Grahame was forcibly handcuffed by six police officers in 2020. Her family have released body cam footage of the incident in response to the tasering of 95-year-old Clare Nowland.
