Tasmanian Supreme Court judge found guilty of assaulting former partner

A Tasmanian Supreme Court judge is due to be sentenced next month after being found guilty of one charge each of assault and emotional abuse or intimidation. Justice Gregory Geason was charged with the offences in December last year. He has been on leave as a judge since November.
