Top End residents brace as Cyclone Megan makes landfall

Hundreds of Top End residents, who hoped to be evacuated to safety, will have to shelter in place and see out Cyclone Megan. The eye of the category three storm has crossed over the Northern Territory coast, bringing intensifying wind and rain.
