The United Nations has told its staff in Afghanistan to stay home following a decision by the Taliban to forbid Afghan women from working with the organisation. Wazhma Frogh is a human rights lawyer and women's rights activist, who also served on Afghanistan's High Peace Council. She believes the impact will be huge.
