Actor Chris Geere was born March 18, 1981 in Cambridge, England. He attended the respected Guildford School of Acting, then trained with the Royal Shakespeare Company. His small role in "Band of Brothers" (HBO, 2001) was the beginning of a career of consistent work, frequently guest starring on a variety of British TV series. In 2006, Geere had a 7-episode stretch on "Bombshell," a series that made it to air in New Zealand in 2006 on TV ONE (it also played on the Hallmark Channel in Australia in 2008). Also in 2006, Geere began the role of Matt Wilding, the Head of Drama at the secondary school at the center of the BBC drama "Waterloo Road" (2005- ). In 2008, he was chosen to replace Luke Mably as Prince Edvard in "The Prince & Me 3: A Royal Honeymoon," and reprised the role in "The Prince & Me 4: The Elephant Adventure." In 2013 he appeared in the critical and financial failure "After Earth," directed by M. Night Shyamalan and starring Will Smith and his son Jaden. Geere bounced back in 2014 with a lead role in the FX comedy "You're the Worst," a relationship comedy about two selfish, self-destructive people trying to make their relationship work.
