Young British actor Elliot Tittensor is known to audiences for his starring role in the comedic drama "Shameless" as well as for a high-profile court case which became tabloid fodder in 2010. Raised in Greater Manchester, Tittensor began his acting career in 2004 as a teenager in the show set among the working class youth living in a council flat. "Shameless" became a huge hit and vaulted Tittensor to stardom in his screen debut playing Carl Gallagher in a role that grew as the series wore on. Initially he shared the role with his twin brother Luke, but eventually Elliot took the part on alone. During the show's run he made a few appearances in other programs including a recurring role on the mystery "True Dare Kiss" in 2007 and a single episode of the anthology drama "Moving On" in 2009.
