A veteran British actress, Rita Davies made a number of TV appearances during the late 1960s, eventually turning up on the cult-favorite comedy show "Monty Python's Flying Circus." This led to a bit part in the 1975 feature "Monty Python and the Holy Grail," but Davies largely continued to work on the small screen with guest spots on TV dramas such as "The Bill" and "Holby City." After small parts in major films, notably the dystopian drama "Children of Men" and blockbuster mystery "The Da Vinci Code," Davies finally landed a recurring stint on the teen drama "House of Anubis," making it the most sustained role of her decades-long career.
