Dustin Wallace Milligan was born on July 28, 1985 in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. He began his acting career with roles in TV shows like "Dead Like Me" (Showtime 2003-04) and films like "The Long Weekend" (2005) and "Final Destination 3" (2006). Around the same time, Milligan landed a regular role on the short-lived series "Runaways" (The CW 2006), after which he starred on the first season of the "Beverly Hills 90210" (Fox 1990-2000) spin-off "90210" (The CW 2008-2013). Going forward, Milligan appeared in the Mike Judge comedy "Extract" (2009), the crime drama "Repeaters" (2010), and the thriller "Shark Night 3D" (2011). Milligan made his debut as a screenwriter with "Bad City" (2014), a crime comedy in which he also starred. His biggest role to date came in the comedy series "Schitt's Creek" (CBC 2015-19), playing kindhearted veterinarian Ted Mullens, who dates series star Alexis Rose, played by Annie Murphy. During his run on the show, Milligan also appeared in the World War II period drama "X Company" (CBC 2015-17) and the science fiction comedy series "Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency" (BBC America/Netflix 2016-17).
