John Gordon Sinclair, a British-born actor, found success in the Hollywood movie scene, starring in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. At the start of Sinclair's acting career were roles in comedies such as "Million Dollar Legs" (1932) with Jack Oakie, "That Sinking Feeling" (1979) starring Robert Buchanan and "Gregory's Girl" (1981). He also appeared in "Britannia Hospital" (1983) with Leonard Rossiter and Graham Crowden and "Local Hero" (1983) with Burt Lancaster. He continued to work steadily in film throughout the eighties and the nineties, appearing in the Ian McKellen drama "Loving Walter" (1983), the comedy "The Girl in the Picture" (1986) with Irina Brook and the Tim Robbins comedy adventure "Erik the Viking" (1989). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "The Cloning of Joanna May" (1991-92). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in "The Brylcreem Boys" (1999) with Billy Campbell and the comedy sequel "Gregory's Two Girls" (2000) with Dougray Scott. He also was featured in the TV movies "My Summer With Des" (1997-98) and "A.k.a. Albert Walker" (BBC 1, 2001-02). Sinclair most recently acted in the Brad Pitt smash hit horror feature "World War Z" (2013).
