Kenneth Welsh was an actor who was best known as the villain Windom Earle on "Twin Peaks" (ABC 1990-91). Welsh marked his early career with roles in "Loose Ends" (1983), "Falling in Love" (1984) and "The Conspiracy of Fear" (HBO, 1996-97). He then acted in "Deliberate Intent" (1999-2000), "Ice Bound" (CBS, 2002-03) and "Eloise at Christmastime" (ABC, 2003-04). He also appeared in the Leonardo DiCaprio hit dramatic biopic "The Aviator" (2004). More recently, Welsh appeared in "Robert Ludlum's Covert One: The Hades Factor" (2005-06). He died on MAy 5, 2022 at the age of 80.
