Michael Cochrane was an actor with a strong presence in film throughout his Hollywood career. Cochrane's early roles were in dramas like "Victory" (1981), "The Return of the Soldier" (1982) with Alan Bates and Ann-Margret and "Ascendancy" (1982) with Julie Covington and Ian Charleson. He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including parts on "The Pallisers" (PBS, 1976-77) and "The Citadel" (PBS, 1983-84). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the nineties and the early 2000s, appearing in the Val Kilmer action picture "The Saint" (1997), the Jason Patric thriller "Incognito" (1998) and "A Different Loyalty" (2004). Most recently, Cochrane acted on "Vicious" (PBS, 2013-15).
