Thomas Ian Nicholas - Movies and TV Shows

Thomas Nicholas began his acting career on "Who's the Boss?" playing a young Tony Danza. At age 12, Nicholas embarked on a series of feature films that would shape his young adult career, including "Rookie of the Year" (1993) and "A Kid in King Arthur's Court" (1995). By the age of 18 he had recurring roles on hit shows like "Party of Five" and the role of Kevin Myers in the "American Pie" franchise. Nicholas began to focus on dramatic roles including Roger Avary's "The Rules of Attraction" with Faye Dunaway, Jessica Biel and "Stealing Sinatra" (2004), opposite William H. Macy. In 2009, he landed a role as a rookie cop in the drama "Life is Hot in Cracktown" (2009) with Lara Flynn Boyle. With his role of Eugene in Nicole Holofcener's "Please Give" (2010), he and the cast won the 2011 Indie Spirit Robert Altman Award. He was also a series regular on Steven Spielberg's TV drama series "Red Band Society" (FOX, 2014.) Other notable releases include "Walt Before Mickey" (2015), where Nicholas portrays a young Walt Disney during the struggles of his early life and career. In 2018, he produced and starred in, "Living Among Us" opposite William Saddler and the late John Heard. Thomas Nicholas joined the Producers Guild of America while producing and acting in the drama/thriller "Adverse" (2021) with a large ensemble cast that includes Mickey Rourke, Sean Astin, Lou Diamond Phillips, Penelope Ann Miller, Matt Ryan and others. "Adverse" was released by Lionsgate on February 12th, 2021. In addition to acting, Thomas is a music artist who has traveled across the United States performing in the pop-rock TIN Band. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife Colette and their two children. Thomas' son, Nolan River, stars alongside him in his latest film "Adverse."
