The Perth-product says she is excited to stay at BikeExchange for another season and is looking forward to using her experience to help the team develop.
"I am really happy to be re-signing with Team BikeExchange and for their continued belief in me as I will begin my seventh season with the team," Allen said.

Allen’s new deal will add valuable stability to what is set to be a much-changed BikeExchange women’s team for 2022.
A number of key riders are set to depart the Australian based outfit including Grace Brown who has signed with FDJ Nouvelle-Aquitaine Futuroscope, Sarah Roy who will ride for Canyon-SRAM Racing and Jessica Roberts who will join Coop-Hitec.
The team will also lose Lucy Kennedy and Janneke Ensing who have announced their retirements.
However, it hasn’t just been departures at BikeExchange with the team signing Kristen Faulkner and Nina Kessler from TIBCO-Silicon Valley Bank, while neo-pros Ruby Roseman-Gannon and Chelsie Wei Shi Tan have also joined.
Australian track stars Georgie Baker and Alexandra Manly re-join the team after racing with them several years ago.
Allen will also be joined by Amanda Spratt, Ane Santesteban, Arianna Fidanza and Teniel Campbell.
"Jess is part of our GreenEdge family," said team General Manager Brent Copeland.
"It is a pleasure for us to continue to work together with her.
"We will have various new riders in our team in 2022, and we are sure she will be a strong asset to help teach them the team's values.
“It's going to be an important year for her as she continues to get stronger and wiser and become tactically more astute."
