The sprinter raised her hands in the air with a clear margin over Alison Jackson (Tibco-SVB) and Marianne Vos (CCC) at the end of the 145km one-day Tour of Guangxi in Guilin.
The climbs out on course reduced the bunch to half, Hosking hanging in there to contest the sprint.
The Australian moves to Rally UHC Cycling after 11 seasons in Europe amassing 33 professional wins and 100 podium places.
“Rally UHC Cycling offers me a new environment filled with new challenges,” said Hosking in a team statement released after her signing.
“After 11 seasons in Europe, I felt I needed a big change if I wanted to continue to enjoy and succeed in this sport. The team gives me the opportunity to achieve all of these things.”

The men's six-stage Tour of Guangxi also finished in Guilin yesterday, with Enric Mas the overall winner of the general classification and the young riders' jersey.
With Vos' finish in the women's race came the overall 2019 UCI Women's World Tour title, overtaking world champion Annemiek Van Vleuten who is enjoying her off season in Europe. The 32-year-old's achievement, coming after 19 victories this season and adding to already her glittering palmares, was honoured in the UCI's end of season gala also held in Guilin. Lorena Wiebes topped the young rider's overall competition and Boels Dolmans the teams'.
In the men's rankings, Primoz Roglic topped the individual list and Deceuninck - Quickstep the teams'.
The UCI also awarded a fan prize, this year to the Tour de France Beefeaters after this video went viral at the Tour this year.
