Spratt will be the sole leader for Australian based Team BikeExchange at Liege-Bastogne-Liege and will be a real contender for the historic race.
The 33-year-old has a good record in Liege including a second-place finish in 2018 and with the full backing of a talented Team BikeExchange squad will eye a place on the podium this year.
After claiming a fourth-place finish at Fleche Wallone and a ninth-place finish at Amstel Gold, Spratt will come into Sunday's race in top form and is confident she can wrap up a big week of Ardennes Classics in style.
“I am really excited for Liège it is definitely my favourite race out of the Ardennes week. I think the form has been building with each race, so it is nice to see it picking up now going into Sunday," Spratt said.
"I am always suited better to the longer climbs and we see that in Liège, the climbs there are all that little bit longer, and this year they have also changed the course a little bit. I think there is one extra climb in there so that is better for us and I think after Amstel and Flèche we are ready."
The 2021 race is the fifth running of the women's Leige-Bastogne liege with the peloton to tackle a gruelling 141 km course that includes climbs up the Côte de Desnié, Col du Rosier and Côte des Forges for the first time.

Team BikeExchange sport director Alejandro Gonzales-Tablas is confident Spratt's tactical nous makes her well suited to a race route that is set to push riders to the limit.
“Liège is a course that is harder than Amstel and Flèche. It is the hardest of the Ardennes week and actually the final is more tactical because it is not that hard, the hard climbs come a bit earlier," Gonzales-Tablas said.
"With the last climb coming 13km from the finish, the tactical final is something that favours Spratt, so we will go into Sunday’s race with the same high ambitions and with the same team, supporting the same leader, that is the goal.
"It is a course that suits her even more than the other two races and she is ready. ”
Both Men's and Women's Liege-Bastogne-Liege will be LIVE to Eastern states on SBS VICELAND (delayed to other time zones on SBS HD) from 7 pm on Sunday night.
