Puck Pieterse targets Strade Bianche success, Patrick Lefevere recovers from a health scare, and Intermarché-Wanty seeks its first 2025 victory.

Puck Pieterse is a top contender for Strade Bianche, challenging Demi Vollering. The mountain bike world champion has improved in road racing, recently finishing third at Omloop Het Nieuwsblad. She credits her progress to better training.

Former QuickStep CEO Patrick Lefevere was hospitalized after falling ill but remained conscious. The 70-year-old spent a night in intensive care due to a suspected drop in blood pressure and was discharged the next day.

Intermarché-Wanty is winless in 2025 but hopeful. Despite missing key riders, they have secured podium finishes and aim for victory in upcoming races like Strade Bianche and Paris-Nice.
