Twitter users are sharing their #MentalHealthPromises as part of a social media initiative to tackle stigma surrounding mental illness.
"At home, at work, with family and friends, or in the wider community, we can all do something to help reduce stigma around mental illness and make way for more people to seek the help and support," the website reads.
According to the website, the initiative was designed to "help shed a more positive light on mental health" as well as reminding members of the public to reach out to those in their communities.
