An emotional anti-bullying ad, which shows just how powerful words can be, is going viral online.
The ad features students from who were asked to describe themselves on camera.
"Dumb, ugly and awkward or something like that," is one student's response, while another answers: "A bit lonely and not the best looking".
Then the students are shown video showing how their classmates would describe them.
What they hear brings some of them to tears and is described by one student as "life-changing".
The video ends with the statistic that one in four students experience bullying and the reminder: "Your words are powerful. Use them for good."
It has been viewed more than 1.8 million times, and has more than 26,000 shares on Facebook and Twitter, with many expressing how the video made them feel.
