The murder of Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme actually happened in 1986 and remains a bit of a mystery. This dark comedy pokes fun at the conspiracies surrounding the case and not the crime itself. It also features a familiar handsome face; Alexander Karim from plays English’s best friend who gets dragged into the chaos.

The series is separated into three cases, with the first two telling the story of Lin Mo (Roy Qiu), who applied to be the apprentice of none other than Tang Ren (Wang Baoqiang) who is known as the great detective in the movie franchise the series is based on. Lin Mo is currently ranked 4th on 'Crimaster', showing he has learned well from Tang Ren. The third story follows the adventures of Noda Koji (Chen Zheyuan) who enlists the help of a five-member team of youngsters. A fun, intelligent ride through the Thai capital, that expands the world created by the popular film franchise.
