One young Swede has combined his passion for LEGO with his intense fandom for the Eurovision Song Contest.
Vlogger Alexandro Kröger Degerfeldt is the brains (and hands) behind , a project which sees him recreate memorable Eurovision sets and performances using only childhood playthings.
The 23-year-old has worked on the team behind the in recent years, but he has been building Eurovision in miniature since he was a teenager.
Degerfeldt started off just by using whatever toys he had at hand (you can watch all 1 hour 50 minutes of his stop motion Junior Eurovision animation .) And with a background in TV and film production, Degerfeldt has some serious skills. No project is too big...or rather, too small. His YouTube channel includes a painstaking recreation of the 2013 final.

He’s even bravely attempted to capture the magic that was former ESC winner Loreen’s ‘Kate Bush At A Dojo’ inspired dance moves. Time to reminisce:
And over 1,500 Instagram users have followed his account , enjoying his masterful creation of last year’s stage in Vienna...
...and praising his incredible eye for detail – remember the ‘floating’ orbs?!?
Do you have a favourite Eurovision stage?
Now Eurovision has returned to his home country of Sweden we can’t wait to see what fantastic-plastic surprises he has in store for the 2016 contest.
