It's no secret that Adam Liaw is kind of a Eurovision addict...
So when his #DestinationFlavour baby was all set to meet his longtime love, Eurovision - cue wind machines - it was a red-hot yes!

His  mission: Create the ultimate Eurovision party menu.

The reality *spoiler alert*: Lederhosen, Russian baths, beetroot vodka shots and his very own audition tape for Eurovision 2019? You be the judge of just how many points he deserves...

Here's what Adam Liaw is bringing to his Eurovision stage in 2018.

Roast chicken shots

12 vodka shots down... and it's starting to taste like roast chicken? There may just be something in splicing your spirit with your favourite comfort food. Chicken winner?

Lederhosen AND horses

What you see is what you get. It's a very Darryl Braithwaite goes to Germany vibe and what you might not know is that Adam used to ride his horse into town to get fresh bread most days - #thisisnotfakenews

The baking babas

How could you forget these ladies? Russia 2012 brought us Buranovskiye Babushki and "Party For Everybody" and they still hold a place in every Eurovision lovers' heart. Extra points for baking on stage, am I right?

Palačinke!

Serbian for pancakes! Sometimes simple sweets really are the best and these soft crepes are all about dessert-for-breakfast and dessert-for-dessert options. Oh, did we mention they're stuffed with Nutella, sour cherries and crushed up biscuits? Douze points!

'Virgin's nipples'

Swedes have an insatiable sweet tooth and Adam visits , which also has a cafe and gift shop dedicated to Swedish candy and the wickedly popular pick 'n' mix. And the classic! soft raspberry-flavoured gummies lightly rolled in sugar, called "virgin's nipples".

Here you can also stock up on crispbread, caviar, herring, lingon jam, candy, Grumme green soup, souvenirs and much more like their popular homemade cinnamon cream bun.

Eucalyptus whips

Eucalyptus whips? Enter the banya and you are basically in a Russian-style bathhouse or sauna. It's not just hot and steamy, as people will often massage (read: hit) themselves or others with softened leaves and branches in order to improve circulation. Could you keep calm and banya?

Portuguese royalty

All hail, Pasteis de Nata! The rich custard, the crisp pastry and that caramelised top - the Portuguese show know how to tart up a party.

Karaoke

We'll give you a clue, it's an Italian. Can you guess the track Adam's about to belt?
