Elisabeth Duursma (Uni Wollgong) and Hans Bogaardt (Sydney Uni) gave a lecture last month at DutchLink: 'Raising your child in two languages'. But not every child wants to cooperate and some parents just give up. How do we encourage but also make sure our expectations are realistic.
