For Marmonie Altman, a Filipino resident in Lismore, New South Wales, the arrival of Cyclone Alfred has reopened old wounds. , she and her family relocated to Tatham (30 minutes away from Lismore), hoping for a safer future. But now, as floodwaters rise again, so does their fear.
