After observing market behaviour in Australia, Melburnian fitness coach Andre Cabrera shifted his strategy to provide group training services to parents while their kids will be taken care of by an early childhood teacher and a nurse.

Key Points

Australia had around 7,311 gyms and fitness centers in 2023, based on Statista.
According to Cabrera, his overhead expenses for his business - B.C Fitness are minimal because he only rents out a gym only when there are group training sessions.
Despite the challenges of building his clientele, Cabrera remains optimistic that his new business strategy will soon gain traction.
