The Most Blessed Night is a street food market hosted by Liverpool Council, a suburb located on the outskirts of Sydney, dedicated to celebrate Ramadan.
Ramadan is a sacred time for Muslims, in the practice of fasting, reflection, and community.
During the Holy Month of Ramadan, many activities are organized by various Councils in Sydney.

SBS Radio briefly followed this crowd in week 2 exactly on Saturday 8 March.
Last year's Most Blessed Nights attracted around 335,000 visitors during Ramadan.
And this year the Night Market is hosted in the same place that is Macquarie Mall which is transformed into a bustling market with exotic foods and a festive atmosphere.

Meals on offer include grilled dishes, kebabs, knafeh, camel burgers, candied Zalabia and gamat, loukoumades, baklava, and sahlab, without exception the most famous coffee from the Middle East that is Turkeye Coffee.
The atmosphere of the street party was enlivened by Lebanese drummers who performed Middle Eastern rhythms.
This Night Market is a wonderful example of the wealth of cultural diversity that Sydney possesses where we can feel the warmth and hospitality of various communities while celebrate the spirit of Ramadan
