New COVID-19 cases in Brisbane haven't sparked lockdown - yet

The Queensland government says it's not planning to shift this Sunday's N-R-L grand final to Townsville after community outbreaks of COVID-19 in Brisbane. The state has recorded four new locally acquired cases but is not going into lockdown at this stage.
