Indian-origin runner Palwinder Rai has set-off on his nine-day 360 km long journey from Coffs Harbour to the 2018 Commonwealth Games' venue at Gold Coast to raise funds and awareness for the Cancer Council.
Rai who had arrived in Australia over eight years ago has participated in many half marathons and cross country runs since 2013.
Speaking to SBS Punjabi, the 32-year-old runner revealed the other vital reason behind his effort.
