Pavel Durov was banned from leaving France

Pavel Durov has been granted conditional release on a range of charged related to the messaging app, but is not permitted to leave the country. Telegram founder was arrested in France last week. Durov has now been charged with a number of violations relating to the app. He has been granted conditional release against a bail of five million euros.
