Dr Rabia Akhtar is the Director of the Centre for Security, Strategy and Policy Research at the University of Lahore in Pakistan. Dr Akhtar is a non-resident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council’s South Asia Center. On her visit to Australia, she shared her opinion with SBS Urdu about changing geopolitical situation.
