How the Greens plan to win the balance of power this election

With speculation the May 3 federal election could deliver a minority government, attention is turning to The Greens and independent candidates. Greens leader Adam Bandt pledging to reform negative gearing and capital gains tax discounts should his party hold the balance of power.
