Palau's President Surangel Whipps has been outspoken on climate change and warned China it will not dictate his nation's foreign policy. He also announced more flights between the nation and Brisbane, to boost tourism. SBS presenter Janice Petersen sat down with the president and asked him about the significance of this visit.
