Federal parliament has taken an historic vote to censure a former Prime Minister. Scott Morrison has refused to apologise for his decision to secretly swear himself into a string of ministries without informing the ministers or the public. He maintains the unpredictable dangers posed by the pandemic meant unprecedented measures were required.
