Three local restaurant duos go head-to-head as they take it in turns to host the others for a three-course dinner, and prove they've got what it takes to win the £1000 prize.
1. Sheffield A
In Sheffield, Pansy and Jeremy are the first to host at their seafood restaurant, Plesters. The second hosts are Sam and Elliott of The Garrison. The bar's set high for the final night, but Rebecca and Stephen of Butcher and Catch feel confident.
2. Swansea B
In Swansea, the first hosts are Ash and Suj from the modern Indian restaurant Adelina's. The second hosts, Matthew and Nathan, aim to give their guests a truly Welsh experience at The Dillwyn Arms. The final night is at Jas and Britt's Juniper Place.
3. Wolverhampton / Birmingham B
In Birmingham and Wolverhampton, Adian's Dining host first with its Caribbean/Asian fusion menu. The second day is at Smoking Bagels for a Caribbean bagel fest. Last to host are Simon and Fiona at their American barbecue-themed restaurant, Rodeos.
4. Brighton B
In Brighton and Hove, Indian vegetarian restaurant Planet India start the week. The second hosts, Amy and Dom, hope to impress at their Southeast Asian vegan restaurant. Last to host is Botanique, where Josie showcases her huge love of vegetables.

Kicking things off in Belfast is a traditional Irish restaurant, Holohan's Pantry. Artur and Jarron are next to host at their Spanish restaurant, 2 Taps. For the final night, Stacy and Perri turn up the heat at Acapulco Mexican Restaurant.
6. Oxfordshire B
In Oxfordshire, The Snooty Mehmaan and The Old Crown Coaching Inn take on Luscombes at the Golden Ball's show-stopping souffle. Some blunt feedback leaves everyone feeling the pressure to deliver on their night.

A modern twist on Indian cooking in Darlington takes on a vegan restaurant in Middlesbrough and a traditional Indian in Hartlepool.
8. Exeter B
Dan and Luke risk it all with their fried chicken fare at Eat the Bird; Rachel and Darren from The Lord Nelson Inn gun for the prize with a menu including two Asian-inspired dishes; Simon and Theo from The Puffing Billy flex their pub classics.
9. Essex B
Stefan and his sous chef, Billy, kick off with restaurant classics at Toulouse; Kaps and Satin serve salmon at The Bull and Willow Room pub; Matt and Molly have the chance to show off Matt's culinary skills in the kitchen at the Shepherd and Dog.
10. Sheffield B
At Sicilian restaurant Bella Donna, head chef Monica serves up seafood and breaded beef; Fraser and Karine try to impress their guests with their popular barbecue sample platter at Backyard BBQ; Harry and Yav own Mexican restaurant Pina.
11. Edinburgh B
In Edinburgh, Ed and James are confident their fresh, foraged produce will bag them the grand; Kami and Fabi from Aurora hope their vegan menu impresses; Andrea and Alberto from Divino Enoteca reckon their beef cheeks main is fierce competition.
12. Swansea A
The first hosts in Swansea are Calum and Lucy from the Secret Bar and Kitchen, who hope that their fishy fare will impress; on day two, at The Plough, Nick and Rich show off some fine fare; Stuart and Marius host the last night, at The Mine.
13. Wolverhampton / Birmingham A
The first hosts in Birmingham, Marlon and Dania, showcase their Caribbean cuisine at Island Lounge; on day two, Mustapha and Jamie dish up global grub at Jungle Street Kitchen; Matt and Matt serve up gastro grub at The Loft.
14. Brighton A
Will and Jack kick off the week in Sussex with risky fare at their restaurant MED; on night two, one guest is disappointed by Ami Bistro's expertly executed fish; on the final night, Andy and Michelle hope to deliver big at Big Fat Greek Taverna.

The first hosts in Northern Ireland, Ian and Eva from Mourne Seafood Bar, boast of being the blueprint for seafood in Belfast; on night two, James and David promise a fun evening at Top of the Town; Emma and Paul host the final night at Gnostic.
16. Oxfordshire A
In Oxfordshire, Baz and Anthony from The White Hart pit their alfresco asado barbecue cooking against their fellow pros. Then, Sally and Patrick serve up traditional pub grub at The Hand and Shears. The competition reaches its climax at Whistlers.
17. Middlesbrough B
Lost Property start the contest in Middlesbrough as Joe and Maria whip up some serious surf-and-turf; Tom and Jack throw together a vast array of their favourite dishes at Finkle and Green; Banh Mi shows off its pan-Asian plates.
18. Exeter A
In Devon, Zoe and Don offer up their unique brand of wine and dine at Honky Tonk; Malcolm and Richard from The Bear and Blacksmith give their guests an ultra-local experience; the competition reaches its peak at Twenty Seven.
