Vladimir Putin visited North Korea for the first time since 2000. As a result of this visit, Russia and the DPRK signed a treaty on comprehensive strategic partnership. SBS Russian talked to Dr Leonid Petrov, specialist on North Korea, about the meaning of this treaty for global stability and for the war in Ukraine.
