We spoke to 2 prominent Samoan women (Rita Seumanutafa and Charlotte Allen) about the most important issues for them as they head to the polls tomorrow.

Ms Rita Seumanutafa is a mother and grandmother who has just completed a Phd in Music at the University of Melbourne. Her work with the Samoan and Pasefika community in Victoria during the pandemic has been commendable, as well as her advocacy for youth development and the Arts in Victoria.

Ms Charlotte Allen lives in the remote indigenous community of Mutitjulu in Uluru, Northern Territory, and is the Executive Assistant to the CEO of the Mutitjulu Aboriginal Community Corporation. She told us about some of the challenges facing their community and some of the more pressing issues that will determine who she will vote for.
