From concept to completion it was a women's only affair - from booking a venue, getting permissions, insurance, organizing stalls, selling tickets to organising the performers on stage and special invitees.

As event coordinator Nivedita Kelkar explained, the theme for the event was women’s wellness.

“With more women in workforce along with the responsibilities of taking care of families we find it difficult to take time out for them. But when we are by ourselves we blossom, women heal each other,” she said.

Entrepreneurial women showcased their products and shared their experiences on the stage. Those with artistic talent performed folk and Bollywood dances.
